A specialist who waxes all day works fast — a Brazilian takes 30 minutes, underarms 15. Quick strips, small sting, and it fades in seconds.
A calming cream goes on the moment the last strip is off. Some pinkness right after is normal — the cream settles it fast, usually well within the hour.
Skin is more sensitive in the days before your period — shift the booking if you can. And 4–5 mm of growth (about two weeks) makes everything easier.
Hair grows back finer with every visit, and finer means gentler. Regulars will tell you: the first visit is the one you overthink.
Honestly: "painless" would be a lie — skin differs, and the days before your period are more sensitive. But with the cream, first-timers usually tell us it was nothing like they feared. And then: 3–4 weeks of smooth, no stubble, no shaving rash.

About 4–5 mm — roughly two weeks after shaving. Too short and the wax can't grip; if it's longer, don't trim it yourself, we'll handle it.
Three to four weeks of smooth, then a soft regrowth — not stubble. Most regulars rebook every 4 weeks and the hair gets finer each time.
Brazilian (£30) leaves a neat strip; Hollywood (£45) removes everything. Not sure? Decide in the room — no pressure either way.
Yes, with a fresh tampon or cup — just know skin is more sensitive on those days, so if you can shift the booking by a few days, it'll be comfier.
